Role Description The Therapy Manager at Fresenius Kabi in Gwalior is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving therapy awareness and adoption across assigned healthcare institutions. This position focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, providing scientific and product education, and supporting evidence-based use of Fresenius Kabi therapies. The Therapy Manager plans and executes territory-level activities such as clinical presentations, training sessions, and participation in medical events, while ensuring alignment with company guidelines and compliance standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring therapy performance, gathering market and clinical insights, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams, and contributing to local strategies that improve patient outcomes. The role also involves regular reporting, documentation of field activities, and active participation in cross-functional meetings to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Clinical and therapy expertise, with the ability to understand and communicate complex medical information relevant to critical care, nutrition, oncology, and infusion therapies.
- Relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Analytical and planning capabilities to interpret therapy performance data, identify opportunities, and plan territory activities based on clinical and market insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver structured scientific discussions and training sessions to diverse healthcare audiences.
- Organizational and documentation skills to manage multiple projects, maintain accurate records of field activities, and comply with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, nursing, or a related healthcare field; advanced clinical or management qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare therapy management roles, preferably in hospital or specialty care settings.
- Comfort working in an on-site, field-based environment in Gwalior, with readiness to travel locally as needed.
